Everyone that has risen to the top once had the fears of failing and being mocked. The only asset they had to overcome those fears is their positive attitude towards rising.

They were fully persuaded that to every rising there’s fear of the unknown that one has to overcome to rise. The average person only knows there is the top level but understands little about the challenges throughout the process to the top.

The average person is interested in success but can’t take the first step. This happens because they totally depend on the views of other people and they end up crippled by what other people tell about success.

In conclusion Wankumbu’s advice is get started now and people will support you. I have come to realize that people don’t support what they can’t see. In my early days of doing business I had people who could tell certain ideas were impossible but when I implemented the ideas they came saying, “we knew it was going to work we couldn’t just tell you it was because we wanted to see if you can take the risk.” Thus get started now, take that risk and be fully equipped to manage it.
